A South Coast Summer Wedding At The Old Rectory In Holsworthy Devon

I joined Evee & Jo for their May wedding in beautiful Devon at The Old Rectory. Working on the south coast is always a pleasure and totally, the drive from North Yorkshire as the weather never lets me down. The day started with an early morning surf followed by the most relaxed and chilled DIY wedding day in the scorching sun. Now and again a wedding day makes me wish I could pop the camera down grab a drink and join in on the day and this was definitely one of those days.

The Old Rectory, located in Pyworthy, Holsworthy, is a beautiful Georgian country house surrounded by 10 acres of woodland, the perfect Devon venue for a big self-catering wedding party.

Evee’s wedding dress was incredibly made by her super-talented mum. Florals were by Church Park Flowers of Devon & Cornwall. Bridal hair & makeup artist on the day was Beauty by Cathy of North Devon. Jo & the Groomsman wore a suit by Hawes & Curtis. Catering was provided by Piglet Cottage & evening pizzas by Soul Pizza Truck. Entertainment was by the amazing Squid Lips Band who perform throughout the UK, France & Switzerland.
